Flights, forms, uncertainties, unexpected problems and some more flights – That was basically the experience of the European crew as we embarked on a wild three day journey to these Caribbean islands. It also didn't help that half of our bags at first did not make the final leg of our trip from Jamaica to the Turks and Caicos, eventually arriving over a week late, and leaving some of us without any of our kite equipment or in my case without a single change of clothes. And yet after that rocky start it felt like being truly in paradise, getting to kite every day and enjoying life to the fullest. It was a perfect way to end my short venture to this new Academy.
